Delete your REVL account and data

This page explains how to request deletion of your REVL account (developer: Layla) and what data is removed or retained.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

1. Open the REVL app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and associated data are deleted immediately and permanently.

Option 2 — By email (if you can’t access the app)

Email privacy@revl.gg from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, and sign-in identity).
• Your wallet balance, deposits, and transaction records.
• Your pack and mystery-box reveal history and outcomes.
• Your in-app order records and provably-fair seed records.
• Any reveal video clips you recorded.

What is retained, and for how long

• Physical shipment / fulfillment records for items actually shipped to you are retained in our commerce provider (Shopify) only as required to meet legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations — typically up to 7 years — after which they are deleted or anonymized.
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that can no longer identify you may be retained.
